COVID-19 Update

This is an important update as we monitor the Covid-19 impact Globally as well as in our locations.

The health and safety of our employees and customers remains our top priority. In addition to the previous updates, we have made some changes to our procedures and policies, and we ask that everyone adheres to them and most importantly to the guidelines from the Province of Ontario. The Government has deemed us an essential service and as responsible members of our communities we have made the decision to help.

As noted above, health and safety are top priorities and as such we implore everyone to heed the warning; “Stay Safe and Stay Home.” For those that require the essential services we offer as noted in the updated Ontario List of Essential Workplaces, we remain open and operational with increased safety guidelines for all to follow.

Please note that customers will no longer be able to enter our offices and all orders will be transacted via curb-side pickup methods. This means all orders must arranged Online via this website, by phone 519-894-1450, by email parts@parkwayautorecyclers.com . Payments and pick-up details will be communicated via our salespeople and customer service representatives.

As vehicles are the #1 recycled product in the World, we commit to removing derelict salvage and vehicles that have reached the end of their useful lives as an important public safety matter, so our locations remain open during regular working hours for this purpose. Vehicles can be driven-in for disposal, we will continue to pick-up and purchase vehicles.

Again, a new curb side system has been set-up for all transactions as there is no access to our offices – please follow the above instructions.

As stated previously, if you are experiencing any symptoms consistent with Covid-19 or feel unwell in any way please consult your doctor and take care of yourself – and please refrain from coming to our locations.

We are committed to the health and well-being of all, our team members, valued customers, the communities we live in and of course those heroes on the front lines which we are thankful for. Respect those responsible in public service for doing their part to keep order in our communities and to keep us all safe.

This is a fluid situation and things can change, so we ask that everyone check in with us regularly (Facebook is the best way), ask questions, be extra cautious and follow the guidelines put in place by the government and play your part to stop the spread. Please refer to the government web site for the latest information and guidelines,
